I'm a former beauty queen who has traded pageantry for pastries. After a mission trip to Paris, I fell totally in love with Parisian Cuisine. I returned to attend Le Cordon Bleu, to dive deeper into my passion. I tell you there is nothing like sitting at a table in Paris, enjoying a café au lait and a tart, as you watch locals walk by. I wanted to bring that back to my hometown of Marion Station.
